How to Use
- Voucher will be sent via email. Please show your e-voucher at designated location.
Purchase Notice
Children must above 3 year old , not afraid of water (wear life jacket all the time ) and will pay attention to coach, for safety reasons, we will not accept children if they cannot cooperate.
Important Booking Information
- Please wear sports clothing, casual clothing or swimwear, no jeans, try to wear flip flops or sandals.
- There are simple changing sheds on the shore, no toilets and no showers at the launching point. For the nearest toilet, please go to "Xiangshan Visitor Center" and drive for about 3 minutes.
- Please keep your belongings properly, especially glasses and hats
- Please do not bring valuables into the waters, If you are carrying photographic equipment, mobile phones, cameras, etc., please prepare a buoyancy device and a bag with a rope to avoid falling into the bottom of the pool.
- During the experience, please let your coaches know if there is any physical discomfort.
- During the experience, if paddle damage or lost, need to compensate 2000 NTD.
- Participants agree that the videos and photos taken during this experience will be authorized to the company for commercial promotion purposes.
- Please wear life jacket during experience.
- If the whether is bad, we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 21:00), and we will notify you by email, LINE or text message, please note.
- We don't provide life jacket for pets, please prepare for it in advance.
